Your pipeline dries up faster than you think.

The title says it all.

The act of selling is the act of building relationships and it is something that takes time. Although I always strive for the perfect one call close in 20 minutes or less, (yes it is possible and yes I can teach you to master this), a lot of actions have to take place to get to that one call.

Are you dedicating time each and every work day to reach out to your leads, leave voicemails, send emails etc.? If you're not, you're leaving money on the table. I recently had a salesman tell me he didn't need to spend any more time prospecting for at least another month or so because his pipeline was "full". I was flabbergasted! First, there is no such thing as a full pipeline. Second, as he runs through that pipeline of contacts without doing any work to keep it full on the back end, it will rapidly run dry. He will then have to spend a tremendous amount of time to refill it. Don't be this foolish. spending a small amount of time every day loading your pipeline will keep the contacts flowing and the commissions growing.

Today's message is simple. Keep the pipeline full at all times. Don't let complacency steal your fat stacks. If you're ready to learn how to always have a pipeline full of commissions flowing to you at all times, schedule your 1:1 coaching session now.
